If I could give minus stars it couldn't express how appalling [Names removed by Sirelo] Removal Hub company are. They are nothing short of thieves. They took €7, 000 from us for a move and after an agreed date they went silent, refused to answer calls , messages , letters, emails. Then a call out of the blue with excuses and excuses and a promise it was packed and on its way. Our entire household gone. months of either silence or lies, getting our numbers blocked by them. Stay well away.
We are planning on taking legal action against them. I'm sure we won't be the first . Anyone wants to contact me I'm on FB [Name removed by Sirelo]
Their warehouse where they keep peoples belongings for transport is open to the elements with birds nesting in the roof. If you never want to see your goods again then use this lot.

Please note the following
1. Your goods were shipped as a part load only and we offered you a very favourable price as you purchased the remaining space in the truck that contains 20 other part loads with deliveries all across Spain and Portugal.
2. Upon acceptance of your quote on our software, you had to tick multiple boxes and also provide a signature, one these boxes that you ticked reads 'I confirm I have read and retained a copy of your Terms and Conditions and understand the limited and standard liabilities to which I agree'
3. Confirming you have read our T&C's, section 13 stipulates 'Other than by reason of our negligence or breach of contract, we will not be liable for delays in transit'
4. As mentioned to you previously, there has been mitigating factors causing delays in transit, the first been us not been able to get a ferry space due to backlogs and it been busy season for ferry providers, (a factor we cannot influence nor control) and the vehicle br eaking down (from something we could not have anticipated). Both of these reasons are not by our negligence, but by things we simply cannot control and we are not liable for the delay.
At all points we have always responded to emails in a reasonable time frame and answer any calls as well. Part loads do not get a dedicated delivery time frame and as mentioned above the vehicle has 20 other deliveries on it, with key waits and transhipments required these also cause delays we cannot control.Read more
