Careline Removals

We just completed our move today. Careline packed our belongings following the sale of our property, then stored our things for 7 months and today delivered to our new home.
This is the second time we have used Careline, and again as we originally experienced when we relocated to Ireland from overseas a few years ago, Careline have made the whole experience a joy - strong words for a moving experience but true.
Careline have been efficient, careful and very professional. Easy to deal with, accommodating and punctual to dates and times committed to us. All of our goods have travelled on both occasions completely unharmed, no breakages and no scratches.
I unreservedly recommend Careline to anyone looking at taking the stress out of their move, and who is looking for a professional, quality service which delivers the highest care to your valued possessions.
Finally a big thank you to 3 key individuals who delivered our outstanding experience.

While the packing service was lovely, the addition service I paid almost double for to unpack me was awful. And I complained to the company to which I've received zero response a month later. They take no accountability.

Caroline were efficient, capable and pleasant to interact with in the planning and at both ends.

Avoid at all costs.
Unfortunately our experience ended extremely badly. The packing of our late Mother’s treasured belongings was so dreadful, that many of the antiques, art and valuables were destroyed or irreparably damaged. It was an altogether heartbreaking experience. No care or respect was shown for any of the things entrusted to their care. So sad.

The team of lads who moved us were so efficient in what they did. The were helpful and friendly to all. Definately made the who process as painless as possible. Would highly recommend them. Jo

Initial quote and engagement with team was very good, very reassuring with respect to the management of our house move and logistics around same especially potential for small change in closing dates. Packing materials delivered as per quote which was excellent. Unfortunately our closing date was moved by a couple of days and careline was unable to facilitate a reasonable solution (no need to go into more detail on this), all be it I understand they are very busy however we were charged a “cancellation fee” of 60% of the invoice value which again I appreciate is part of the small print terms and conditions. The communication with the team during booking and planning for the move was excellent and invoice paid promptly however once the small issue arose with change closing date the communication especially around cancellation fees was very poor and I felt like we were just disregarded once our move couldn’t be facilitated. I raised the cancellation fee and engagement with both the accounts team and primary person we were dealing with this was just ignored and refused to acknowledge anything. This was a very expensive lesson for us and based on this experience I wouldn’t recommended careline to anyone looking for a removals company.Read more
