I have to say I would recommend this company with my eyes closed, from every step of the way they made it easy and moving your personal items is a big deal. [Name removed by Sirelo] was so responsive to every email and question. The guys who came to pack up my belongings were absolute gems and took great care and respect of my things and were efficient and polite. And the delivery was perfect, [Name removed by Sirelo] was a gentleman and so very helpful. It was flawless from start to finish and I would absolutely use this company again, no question.

I originally went with Get Cracking because of the good reviews, when I moved from Dublin to New York City. However, the service wasn't up to par at all. Firstly, it took a long time to ship. I shipped my items late August and didn't receive them until January. The original date I was told was in November, but it kept being moved back. Each time I had to manually reach out to do get an update on the progress - I wasn't informed when there was delays.

When my items actually arrived in New York, I noticed after unpacking all items (and signing for it) that there was a painting missing. That was annoying, but I had insurance for it. However, since I'd already signed for the boxes, I have been offered no insurance settlement. I can only recommend to stay away from them, or make sure that you unpack all the items in front of the movers and do a total tally.

The were very helpful, friendly and professional. On the phone as well as picking up and delivering my items.

The packing and collection was fine, they were professional and timely. That is the only reason I am not giving 1 star. The sales team was also responsive and helpful at the beginning. They lost 3 stars because they delaye my delivery which includes my dog by a whole day even though next day delivery was promised because they added another delivery before mine and did not even inform me. When I was super frustrated about it, they were not apologetic at all and said I didn't pay for a direct delivery. I would not care if my puppy was not with them but the next day delivery was the reason I chose them and I feel that they played me. Do not move with them and if you do, do not believe in any promise given.

I spent 5000€ for removal from Ireland to Estonia and from pictures can be seen the result of the shipment. I was asking extra care for my antique furniture and nothing was done to prevent such kind of damages. I paid extra money for insurance cover and after 6 weeks I'm still waiting for some clear answers about my claim. Get Cracking didn't provide any kind of support, never say sorry and disappear completely. Issue can happen of course but I was expecting a full understanding and support from Get Cracking to fix the issue with their insurance company. Really poor experience.
I had damages for 4500€ but the insurance company provided by Get Cracking LTD refunded only 2650€...so be aware about it as well.

I would highly recommend for pet transport! [name removed by Sirelo] and his team understood that a pet is part of the family and treated everything from booking to arrival with the utmost care and professionalism.

We had already moved country and our pug Pablo had to follow. Adam made me feel at ease from the first phone call that our little pup would be in safe hands. They picked him up for us from the kennels with his papers, bed and food. They provided us a crate for transport. He was going to Germany which took two days and we received videos of him on one of his walks while he was in France. It made our day to see him. Honestly the whole experience made us feel at ease, we have been dealing with various people trying to get our pet to Dubai and Adam and his team liaised with them all and for me were the most considerate to deal with of all providers. If your looking for someone to transport your pet overland these are the people.
