The team of subcontractors that came to pack all our personal effects were very friendly and hard working. Some of the gentlemen smoked outside my front door and failed to properly dispose of the cigarette ends. I had to clean after them. (Disappointed)
The following day the container arrived and two gentlemen from the subcontracting company arrived to start loading. The loading started very well and toward the end it seemed to be very rushed and they were jamming in my garden furniture on top of my BBQ. (Disappointed) I had to insist to allow me disassemble the garden furniture to allow more room to fit in the last remaining items.
Be such you set out your expectations clearly and photograph your belongs before they are packed. Survey your property before the arrival of the moving subcontractors as accidental damaged may occur while moving your belongs out of your property.
