Everyone at JustMove was very helpful. This was the first time I had shipped a container internationally. I could not have navigated all of the details of shipping without them. They answered every question I had, kept me informed about progress, and offered suggestions to ease the process. It was a treat working with a company that responded immediately to emails and phone calls and checked in with me throughout the container's journey.

I cannot help but post a review on the FANTASTIC service we received moving a container from South Africa to Ireland.
We started off with Brytons Removals South Africa. The crew from Brytons Removals arrived on Thursday 11 April, 2024. They swiftly and efficiently packed up our entire house by Friday afternoon and off our container went destined for Ireland.
Just Move in Ireland contacted us to fill in the Transfer of Residence form and advised that Customs needed proof that the person who had signed at origin was indeed resident in Ireland.
Problem. Unfortunately, the person who signed at origin, was diagnosed with a serious illness, necessitating treatment for six to eight weeks. Brytons Removals South Africa AND Just Move in Ireland went out of their way to assist us in transferring the name of the shipment to a family member.
They handled our situation with care, compassion and kindness. It is SO rare to find treatment like this this anywhere and I am truly blown away.
Just Move assisted us with the necessary Documentation that we had to submit to Customs and it was then up to the Customs official to have a heart and allow the name transfer. The Angels must have been smiling upon all of us as Customs thankfully cleared the shipment, without any additional charges, and it was delivered by Just Move Relocations, without a hitch, to Tipperary on Thursday 30 May, 2024.

Just Move handled the Ireland segment of our move from the United States to our new home in Dingle, Ireland and it was a wonderful experience. Their communication on every aspect of the move was excellent and they walked us through the complex customs requirements with patience and clarity. Our two man crew on the container arrival day -[Names removed by Sirelo] - were courteous, professional and so friendly. They went out of their way to help us and even assisted us in storing boxes that we couldn’t unpack yet (our storage shed was not ready yet) into a nearby house. I would highly recommend Just Move to anyone who is relocating.
