Experience not so nice and not so comfortable. People packing and moving your goods from your departing city are not speaking the local language (i.e. french in my case), and barely English.
Some of my items were lost during the transfer and never got reimbursed despite full coverage selected in contract and numerous emails and reminders. They now stay silent to all my communications. This is very bad customer care.
