They did not show up on the appointment date and time. Did not respond to calls and only called me back after I put a bad review of them in google maps. Saying that they had a problem with the system and my move was not there. They came to pick up 5 hours after we agreed.
The second part of the nightmare with this people is that they gave me measurements for my stuff 1 x 1.2 x 1.2 mts. And after they shipped they tell me that I have exceed the height by 15 cm and that I have to pay for a full pallet instead of a half pallet as agreed. They say that I should have calculated the height of the pallet in my measurements... they want to charge me an extra 300 Euro for their failure to disclose complete information.
And not only that... my stuff was supposed to arrive yesterday or today... and have not received a call or anything.
They are a real useless company for moving
