68Worst possible experience I've ever had. After asking for the bill, they sent it to me a day before take-off, and it was 1000 euro higher than expected. I had to pay or no flying. [Name removed by Sirelo] went with one of two choices that was most expensive without consulting me. They sent an unexperienced man to deal with shipping my animals. The customs agent sent my animals back home because they had nothing in order. He told us that he'd never seen anything like it in his whole career! None of it was our fault, he told us. Then they couldn't get the animals booked for another 3 weeks. [Name removed by Sirelo], who handled most of it, gaslighted me, told me lies, and sometimes didn't even respond to me for days. Then lied about it. Cut emails to suit him. But forgot I still have them. Complained to a director and of course, he said everything went fine, all was done to help, and then he told me that he made a donation to Dogs trust. Ridiculous. How much? 2 euro? These people are thieves. And don't face the music when being called out by customers. I thought arranging a company for shipping my animals would be stress free, but instead, both me, my friend and our animals had more stress than we would have had elsewhere.
